Mubasher: Servme, the leading reservation and guest CRM platform for restaurants and hospitality operators, had entered into a partnership with MyFatoorah, a leading payments platform, to boost payment adoption for restaurants across the Middle East.

The partnership enables food and beverages (F&B) operators across the GCC to collect direct deposits and secure online advance payments with ease, minimising no-shows and last-minute cancellations.

The collaboration with MyFatoorah will also allow Servme to provide a seamless online payment experience, helping restaurants manage and review transaction details efficiently through Servme’s CRM and reservation system.

This collaboration underscores the dedication of MyFatoorah and Servme to bolstering the F&B and hospitality industries in the GCC region.

It guarantees that restaurants can receive a prepayment of their earnings, ensuring financial stability and enhancing operational efficiency.

Sarah Hawilo, CEO of Servme, stated: “In today’s competitive hospitality landscape, the seamless integration of table management systems with payments is crucial for providing guaranteed bookings to operators and streamlining the booking process.”

“With MyFatoorah, we unlock new key markets for our clients in the Middle East region servicing Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE, Bahrain, Jordan, and Egypt,” Hawilo added.

Mohammed Al Rabiah, General Manager of MyFatoorah, said: "Advancing digital payments and operational efficiencies in the GCC’s F&B and hospitality sectors, this partnership leverages MyFatoorah’s robust payment solutions with Servme’s sophisticated CRM and reservation systems, setting a new industry standard.”

“Together, we aim to improve service quality and drive technological adoption in the region, fostering significant advancements in the hospitality industry’s growth. We look forward to a successful collaboration that promises to transform our clients’ businesses with innovative, effective solutions,” Al Rabiah noted.

In 2023, SerVme partnered with Network International to empower food and beverage (F&B) merchants across the UAE.
